One of my favorite things to make is tuna poke with wakame, or seaweed salad. It’s fairly easy, especially if you can get the seaweed salad prepared already. I get both my tuna and seaweed salad at my local Ranch 99, but wherever you can find fresh fish, go for it!
1/3 lb. raw ahi tuna
1/2 lb. seaweed salad
2 tsp salt
Dice up the tuna to bite size pieces. Mix tuna with salt and as much Sriracha sauce as you like (I usually start with about 2 tbsp). I do this first, as opposed to mixing the tuna and seaweed salad first, so that the tuna is coated with Sriracha. Mix with seaweed salad and add more Sriracha if necessary. Top off with bonito flakes. Enjoy!
