Tonight’s Dinner: Braised Beef with Spinach Pasta

My first successful braised beef! And of course, it’s because I took a note from the BF — coating the beef in flour before pan searing it. The beef turned out tender and not dry like usual. Duh, Asian Martha Stewart (a nickname from my old college roommates ;). The spinach pasta is from Ranch 99 and surprisingly good. My new favorite!

  1. This does look yummy! If I made something like this for the hubby, I think he would die from excitement! I don’t usually get to adventurous in the kitchen.
