Tonight’s Dinner: crab cakes, flank steak, and corn salad

The BF’s idea for a corn salad turned into a crab cake with chimichurri-marinated flank steak dinner. Très dericious! The corn salad was so fresh and easy – I think it’s my new favorite!

Corn salad: Mix together 6 ears of corn, quick blanched and cut; 1/2 red onion, chopped; 1 avocado, diced; parsley, chopped; 1/2 tomato, chopped; olive oil; balsamic vinegar
