We were craving Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot for a few weeks now and finally got our fix yesterday. I almost forgot how good the broth is, and how it progressively gets tastier the more you cook food in it. We ordered wagyu beef (American Kobe beef), lamb shoulder, tong ho (the greens), enoki mushrooms, potato noodles, taro (my fave), and a meat pie. Shouldn’t have gotten the meat pie but we were eating with our eyes ;)
I love hot pot and your photos are making me crave it right now. Great photography, btw.
